IMPORTANT NOTE By registering to attend the 2025 Diggers & Dealers Mining Forum (whether directly or through a Primary Contact), you are taken to have read and accepted the following:

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY You agree that your attendance at the 2025 Diggers & Dealers Mining Forum is at your sole risk and responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palace Securities Pty Ltd (Palace) and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, personal injury, loss or damage to personal property or loss arising from negligence) suffered or sustained directly or indirectly in connection with your attendance at the 2025 Diggers & Dealers Mining Forum.

PAYMENT Registration provides a legal obligation to pay the invoice issued by the due date referred to in the invoice, whether those who have registered to attend the Diggers & Dealers Mining Forum 2025 event, attend or not.

CANCELLATION POLICY Full refunds will be available for holders of delegate passes who seek to withdraw or cancel their registration prior to 1 May 2025. Holders of delegate passes who seek to withdraw or cancel their registration after 1 May 2025 but prior to 31 May 2025 will be entitled to a 50% refund. From 1 June 2025 there will be no refund available for any cancellation or withdrawal of delegate passes. Any cancellation or withdrawal of registration must be notified by email to admin@diggersndealers.com.au This Cancellation Policy only applies to the cancellation or withdrawal of delegate passes (of any nature whatsoever). Cancellation or withdrawal of any other passes or packages such as, but not limited to, sponsor, presenter and exhibitor passes or packages, will be governed by the cancellation policy set out in the individual contracts entered into between Palace Securities Pty Ltd (Palace) and the relevant holders in respect of those passes or packages.

RIGHT TO RESCHEDULE, RELOCATE OR CANCEL THE DIGGERS & DEALERS MINING FORUM 2025 Palace reserves the right to reschedule and/or relocate within Western Australia or cancel the Diggers & Dealers Mining Forum 2025 for any reason (whether that reason is within the control of Palace or otherwise (including as a result of State or Federal Governments laws or directions). If the Diggers & Dealers Mining Forum 2025 is rescheduled and/or relocated within Western Australia, Palace will provide reasonable notice of the date and location of the rescheduled and/or relocated event. All registrations will remain valid and binding for that rescheduled and/or relocated event. Cancellations must be notified by email to admin@diggersndealers.com.au If the Diggers & Dealers Mining Forum 2025 is otherwise cancelled and not rescheduled, Palace will seek to refund the full registration fees paid by holders of delegate passes less a pro-rata deduction for the reasonable costs and expenses paid, incurred or committed in the preparation of the holding of the Diggers & Dealers Mining Forum 2025. Such costs and expenses will be determined by Palace in its discretion and there can be no guarantee that the delegate will receive a refund. The terms and conditions under this heading only apply to holders of delegate passes (of any nature whatsoever). Holders of all other passes or packages, including but not limited to sponsor, presenter and exhibitor passes or packages will, with regard to the issues addressed under this heading, be governed by the terms and conditions of the individual contracts entered into between Palace and the relevant holders in respect of those passes or packages.
